 Integration
None system will be able to be separated. Every applications of an information system must be able to communicate between each others. Those applications must also communicate with all company’s partners.
Homogeneity
System has to be integrated inside companies exchange data process. Procedures should be normalized, in order to have access to information at the right time.
Flexibility
Technology should adjust itself to “line of work” issues. Process has to be assigned in relation with needs and responsibilities
