• You are a prospect, customer or partner of Aura.
  As such, we collect and process personal data necessary to carry out prospecting, loyalty, promotion or satisfaction activities. By allowing us to know you better, your data helps us to present you with offers and events tailored to your needs.
• You are potentially a future Aura collaborator. As such, we collect your personal data in order to analyze and predict your professional preferences and interests and thus offer you information with personalized content and adjust the communication channels used to send you this information.

Prospecting, whether commercial or salary, is based on the legitimate interest of Aura, with strict respect for the rights and interests of the people whose data is processed.

2. What data is used

Data you provide to us

Identification and contact data that you provide to Aura, in particular via our contact forms.

Data from our databases

The data you provide to Aura may be associated with data concerning you from third-party professional databases for which Aura has user licenses and/or obtained via Aura partners having previously obtained your consent (data concerning your professional activity).

Data collected as part of your interactions with Aura

Data relating to your interests, preferences and practices may also be collected as part of your interactions with Aura through non-digital channels (information about you collected during defense and cybersecurity trade fairs, etc.).

3. Who can view or use your personal data?

Your personal data will be used by Aura and may possibly be communicated to its commercial partners and/or subcontractors, directly involved in the management of your data.

Your data will be intended for:

• Digital Services Companies ESN;
• Consulting firms.

And this for the following purposes:

• Carrying out Cybersecurity support missions;
• Carrying out audit missions;
• Monitoring the progress of projects.

Aura will not, under any circumstances, sell or rent your information to third parties.
Your personal data may also be communicated in the context of the sale, in whole or in part, of the assets or the company to a third party; as part of a restructuring or reorganization of activities.
Your personal data may also be communicated to comply with a legal obligation (request from judicial or administrative authorities).

4. How long are your personal data kept?

We keep your data throughout your life linking you to Aura. At the end of this, they are purged.
Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized, for statistical purposes, without contact from you for 3 years (request for information, application, etc.).

5. Who is responsible for your personal data?

You are potentially a future employee or prospect, Aura is Data Controller.
You are a Client, Aura is a subcontractor.

6. What are your rights and how to exercise them?

You have a right of access, rectification and a right of opposition to the processing of your data, as well as, from the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (May 25, 2018) , a right to erasure, portability, limitation of the processing of your data, and a right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), in the limits authorized by applicable regulations.
